IRON AND CLAY
Attorney General, William B. Saxbe commenting recently on the possible impeachment of the President, stated that unless more serious evidence against Mr. Nixon is uncovered America will look back on this period of time as a time when the greatest nation m world was tearing itself apart by wrecking their country, their economy and demoralizing their people.
Interpreting the World Empire Image dream of Nebuchadnezzar (Daniel 2), Daniel said that the world kingdoms of the end time would be like "iron mixed with miry clay". Iron symbolizing a strength to "break in pieces and bruise", and clay symbolizing a disunity and a falling apart of the iron strength.
Conditions in America, the Middle East, Russia and elsewhere indicate that the world is fast approaching the time of the iron and clay kingdoms which will collapse completely at the coming of "the stone cut out of the mountain without hands", (Christ) and replaced with a kingdom that the God of heaven shall set up which shall fill "the whole earth and which shall never deteriorate nor collapse before any other destroying power.
"Wherefore we receiving a kingdom cannot be moved, let us have grace, we may serve God acceptably with reverence and Godly fear: For our God is a consuming fire." Hebrews 12:28, 29.
